Sabine Haitsma (1999) is a photographer and visual creative based in Amsterdam. Rooted in a multidisciplinary background—holding a BA in Creative Business from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam and a minor in Photographic Communication from DMJX in Copenhagen—her practice moves fluidly between commercial work and personal exploration.
Working primarily in hospitality, portraiture, and event photography, her images lean into candidness, intimacy, and a sensitivity to natural light. Film photography sits at the heart of her passion — drawn to its nostalgic quality, rich colors, and tactile process, she sees analog as both a method and a vision: a slower, more deliberate way of seeing.
Her time living in Copenhagen, Melbourne, and the Philippines continues to shape her visual language, bringing in influences from surf and skate culture, street life, and the inspirations drawn from these different environments. Whether capturing the vibrancy of a local café or shooting portraits on film, she moves between commercial and personal work with ease.
In 2025, she presented her first solo exhibition, Analog Dreams, at KOP Expo — a tribute to memory, process, presence, and film photography. Alongside photography, she works as a graphic designer and produces fine art prints of her film photography from her travels.
